How long will it take for my design to be done?

Design completion times vary depending on quantity, uniqueness, and specificity. The first stage of designing, in which our team returns to you with the initial drafts for feedback may occur between 2-5 business days after the consultation call and order confirmation are complete.

How long will it take for my products to arrive?

Delivery times vary based on time and quantity but please allow up to 1-3 weeks for shipping to complete.

Am I required to book a consultation call?

For service bookings, consultation calls are highly suggested to ensure that our design team can execute your vision correctly before you pay for a design. For product orders, consultation calls are not necessary.

*Calls must be booked at least 60 hours in advance and cancelled/rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance.

Can I request edits to designs?

Absolutely! Each design can be revised between one and five times before final confirmation and submission. We want to verify that our designs match your visions.

How do I request edits to designs?

After each editing stage, our design team will email, call, or DM you (based on preferred communication method) looking for feedback until we complete the design to your liking.

Can you design for my school assignment?

Yes. We design for school projects, . We do not write material or alter the content within the design, but we will visually format whatever work you’ve done or research you’ve collected.

Can you make designs using copyrighted material?

In order for us to use copyrighted or trademarked material in any of our designs, you must either own and/or created it or have explicit permission from the owner of said material to use it. Otherwise, we can offer alternative art to match an aesthetic goal, but not copyrighted or trademarked material.

What is the return/refund policy?

Due to the limited staff and operating space of our business, we do not accept returns on products. However, in the event of a product defect, a refund may be warranted and provided. Design services can not be refunded due to the comprehensive nature of our design process.
